Saints won through with victories over Coalville Town and Hanley Town while Guiseley overcame Colne and Blyth Spartans to set up the only all National League North tie of the round.
Three National League North sides face National League opponents – Hereford v Solihull Moors, Curzon Ashton v Chesterfield and Southport v Altrincham. Other intriguing ties include Bromsgrove Sporting v Grimsby Town which is live on-line on the BBC at 12.30pm and will be on the big screen in The Venue, and Banbury United v Bath City.
While Kevin Wilkin’s side went top of the league last Saturday with a win at Kidderminster Harriers in what was a tremendous match and a bruising encounter but a great advert for the non-league game, Guiseley won by 2-0 against Leamington. It was The Lions’ second win of the league season and their second clean sheet of the campaign. Marcus Bignot and Russ O’Neill’s side are currently 17th in the early season league table.
Supporters are urged to buy tickets in advance to avoid queuing although they will be on sale on the day from the ticket office. An FA Cup edition of the match-day programme will be on sale priced £3.
